| Traditionally
trained in Celtic Craft, Blyth opened
her first pagan store (Foxcraft) in 1989 in Frederick, MD. Now
living in Delaware, Blyth co-owns Gossamer Hawk, a full service
metaphysical store, with her husband Dave and the official store
dog, Sneakers.
She
has given workshops since 1992 on a variety of topics including
meditation and visualization, techniques for inner
transformation, and conscious lifestyles. She has enjoyed
appearances on television channels WMDT and WBOC as a holistic
expert and has served as guest speaker for diverse audiences
including Beebe Medical Center, the Jewish Seaside Community,
and Delaware Technical and Community College.
Formally
degreed in Interior Architecture and Design, Blyth also operates
Aerie Design, an environmentally friendly interior design
business, and is working on her second book.
Blyth is a member
of the Rehoboth Beach Writers' Guild; the National Wildlife
Federation (and is a participant in the Certified Wildlife
Habitat program); American Mensa; the U.S. Green Building
Council; and is an Allied Member of the American Society of
Interior Designers.
